About Me

We are told, “live your life to the fullest”; I am here to do just that. I have loved home decor and design since I was a little girl. I want to share all my affordable ideas, diys and my garbage picking finds with all of you. So, sit back, relax, and read on.

I'm not your average girl. I don't live by measuring or the many rules to the cooking and design world. I live by my own rules. Winging it is what I do best. Keeping stress out of the equation and enjoying every aspect of my passions, dreams and goals.

Since I was 8 years old I remember my first Disney comforter I received on my birthday. When I saw the staged photo of the comforter with the beautiful bed, night stand and wall color, I knew just then I had to create the same look. Of course I was a little one, so I turned a crate into a night stand and stole my sisters pillows to create that exact look. From then on, I knew this was my calling.

I also had a love for cooking. I remember sneaking into my parents kitchen when they were in bed and making my first dish. It was french onion soup. From then on, every night I'd sneak down and make many more dishes.

Cooking is what brings our families together. Combine a beautiful setting at the dining room table with delicious cooking, and you have yourself a place to bring peace, joy and laughter with great friends and family.

I am now 33 years old and my passion for design and cooking has only gotten stronger. I'm excited to share all of my fun ideas with you and inspire you to create items you love too!
